On 27 July 2016, Andrea Coscelli wrote to the Minister of State for Universities and Science, Jo Johnson MP, outlining the views of the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) on the Higher Education (HE) and Research Bill.
The letter contains recommendations from the CMA regarding the Bill and its implementation. It also builds on the CMA’s policy paper on designing an effective regulatory framework for the higher education sector in England.
