Hendra Touring Caravan and Camping Park Limited has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.
The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.
The application is to vary licence serial number SW/049/0271/001/R01 which authorises the abstraction of water from an underground strata comprising of Meadfoot Beds at Hendra Touring Caravan Park, Cornwall at National Grid Reference (NGR) SW 8352 6025.
The variation applied for is to add a new point of abstraction at NGR SW 8343 6021 and to increase the volume of water abstracted to:
- 20 cubic metres per hour
- 400 cubic metres per day
- 50,000 cubic metres per year.
