Help to Grow: Management is a national training programme that aims to improve leadership and management skills, and firm-level productivity, in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

The programme is delivered by a network of business schools across the UK. It consists of:

  • 50 hours of structured learning
  • one-to business mentoring
  • peer-learning
  • access to an alumni network

This is the second in a series of statistical releases for Help to Grow: Management, published twice a year. The next statistical release will be in spring 2024.
