If you are involved in a civil court case, you will have to follow certain standard ways of interacting with the court and the judge to progress your case. This guidance contains information to help you understand:

  • the instructions you might be given by a court and how to follow them
  • the elements that you must include with a witness statement
  • what a Scott Schedule is and when you might need one
