The Help Accessing Legal Support (HALS) grant was a 9-month programme, administered by the Access to Justice Foundation on behalf of the Ministry of Justice between 1 October 2022 to 31 June 2023. This report draws together the data and evidence collected throughout the HALS grant funding programme.
