Details

Use this form to identify all experienced hate crimes (both reported and unreported) that have occurred at your place of worship or associated faith community centre.

This form must then be submitted as part of your online application to the places of worship protective security funding scheme.

The more information you can provide on your form about the experienced hate crimes at your site, the better we can identify the most vulnerable organisations and allocate funding to those most in need of appropriate security measures under the scheme.
