Details

The Deputy Traffic Commissioner made orders to:

  • severely tarnish the repute of the operator
  • disqualify Dafydd Price Thomas indefinitely from acting as transport manager under any operators licence
  • grant a period of grace until 30 June 2018 to allow for an application of a new transport manager
  • curtail the fleet on the licence for 3 months from 25 to 10 vehicles, with effect from 17 June 2018
  • add an undertaking on the licence to obtain a full independent audit of systems by 3 September 2018, ensuring copies are made available to DVSA and OTC within 14 days of receipt
