This guide provides information to help stretch limousine and novelty vehicle owners and operators run safe services for the public.

In recent years, the limousine and novelty vehicle sector has taken significant strides in moving towards legality and this guide has been created to support these efforts.

The guide is only intended to offer general help and includes guidance on:

  • speed limiters
  • tachographs
  • vehicle licensing
  • vehicle standards
