Use this guidance if you are a Croatian national and want to apply for permission to work in the UK.

Application for blue or yellow certificate: form CR(1)

Application for blue certificate: form CR(2)

Application for a residence card (non-EEA family of Croatian): form CR(4)

Application for a residence stamp (non-EEA family of Croatian): CR(5)
