On 4 March 2017, the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) responded to HM government’s consultation on its green paper entitled ‘Building Our Industrial Strategy’.
The CMA response describes the linkages between industrial strategy and competition policy and sets out the CMA’s views on the proposals in the green paper.
