Details

This paper contains our response to the Transport Select Committee’s third report of session 2009 to 2010 about rail investment.

We welcome the report’s recognition that the government is committed to investing in rail and that the current investment programme is producing real benefits. We appreciate the committee’s recommendations, many of which bear similarities to views we have heard from other stakeholders.
