The priorities in this strategy are grouped around the principles of maximising the impact of economists’ work, improving and growing our networks, and deepening our engagement with our members and stakeholders. The Government Economic Service (GES) will make sure policy is informed by the best economic analysis, given by the best economists

This document is aimed at members of the GES, their partners in the wider economics profession and those interested in becoming government economists.
