Developed by Civil Service HR (CSHR), the Global HR Design sets the standard for user centric HR services for the public sector, with a focus on UK Government.

All UK Government departments are formally required to converge on this Global Design for HR. The design may equally be used across the wider public sector.
The Global HR Reporting Standards are currently being updated, so have been removed from this site temporarily, however if you wish to access them to progress your current ERP implementation please login to OneGovCloud. A newly updated version will be published here on gov.uk in the near future.

Journey to the Cloud materials:
CSHR seeks to build the public sector’s collective knowledge and capability among HR professionals in relation to cloud implementation programmes to capitalise on the opportunities afforded by cloud and Software-as-a-Service corporate technology, particularly as an enabler for organisational change and transformation.
