This Gender equality scheme (GES) sets out the actions we will take to fulfil our responsibilities under the Sex Discrimination Act 1975, as amended by the Equality Act 2006, and the Single Equality Act 2010. It also provides a very public commitment of our policy to eliminate all unlawful discrimination and harassment and to promote equality of opportunity between men and women.
