This paper presents the findings of the UCL City Leadership Initiative’s (CLI) research into the future of city leadership in the UK. It explores the factors shaping city leadership and presents the results of a review of leadership in 37 UK cities.
The working paper was commissioned as part of the Foresight future of cities project.
