This report presents findings from a national online survey of the further education workforce conducted between 6 November 2025 and 5 January 2026.
The survey asked the workforce in statutory provider types, independent training providers and adult community learning providers about their experiences on a range of issues, including:
- workload
- wellbeing
- pay
- flexible working arrangements
- professional development
- career plans
The technical report explains the methodology and analysis for each survey question.
