Details

We have received a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 for the following:

  1. please release the total amount of money awarded by the Home Office to the International Organisation for Migration in each of the last five financial years
  2. the Home Office is known to part-fund the ‘voluntary assisted return and reintegration programme’ and the ‘assisted voluntary return for irregular migrants’ with the IOM. Please say how much it contributes towards each of those schemes for each of the last five years
  3. please also reveal the names of any other IOM schemes that receive money from the Home Office, provide a detailed explanation of how each one works and release the amount awarded to each scheme in each of the last five years.
