Details

This document details the department’s approach to the monitoring and evaluation of the UK Freeports Programme and is intended to inform the public and stakeholders of the rationale behind the evaluation and the eventual outputs it will produce, including on-going learning.

The aim of this document is to set out a strategy that sets a theory of change and provides a set of activities, methodologies and evaluation approaches that can help us better understand what works and why, thereby supporting the adaptation of the current programme and implementation of future interventions.
