Thank you for your email of 1st January requesting “Please identify the individuals and departments within the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency responsible for wholly failing to provide the British public with Spinal Orthotic Support for wheelchair users, and ensure that they are removed from duties and IMMEDIATELY summoned before their appropriate respective professional body’s Fitness To Practice Investigation Tribunals.”
MHRA does not provide Spinal Orthotic Supports for Wheelchairs as this is outside the Agency’s remit.
Please note, as there is no requirement for you to get register with MHRA when you are designing your own wheelchair, we suggest you to contact your local wheelchair services on your wheelchair provision requirements.
The response to your Subject Access Request will be provided to you separately.
