We have a received a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 for the following: 

1. Whether the Home Office was planning an advertising campaign to highlight to cocaine users the harm that cocaine use causes in developing countries.
2. What the budget for the campaign was.
3. When the campaign would be launched.
4. What the name of the advertising or media agency was that had been commissioned to design and implement the campaign, how the agency was selected, whether there was a tendering process, and when the contract was awarded.
