The framework agreement sets outs the basic terms and conditions that apply to all the strategic supplier group (SSG) members, regardless of whether they have been awarded a service agreement.
The document governs the relationship between IPS and the National Identity Service (NIS) suppliers, as well as ensuring the NIS suppliers work together, where necessary, to achieve successful implementation and operation of the NIS.
