The Centre for Data Ethics and Innovation (CDEI) has been established by the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) to provide the Government with access to independent, impartial and expert advice on the ethical and innovative deployment of data and artificial intelligence. This Framework Agreement describes the primary elements of how the CDEI and DCMS will work together during the CDEI’s pre-statutory phase.
