Details

The Patents Act 1977, Registered Designs Act 1949 and the Trade Marks Act 1994 allow us to give directions in areas, so we can react to change.

The directions set out changes to many forms. This results from the introduction of new Address for Service requirements on 1 January 2021 and the end of the Transition Period.
