Baroness Stowell writes to Nottingham City Council in response to their wrongfully served notice to the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government. The legal letter provides further detail of the notice served under Section 215 of Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and makes a request for the notice to be withdrawn.
