FOI2022-06477 Numbers of staff disciplined for sexual or professional misconduct

I am writing in response to your email dated 25th May 2022 requesting the following information:

  • How many of your staff have been accused of a) sexual misconduct, or b) other professional misconduct in the workplace since 1st January 2021?

  • How many of your staff have been disciplined for a) sexual misconduct, or b) other professional misconduct in the workplace since 1st January 2021?

I am treating your correspondence as a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA).

In response to your queries, I have completed a search for the information within the Defence Electronics & Components Agency (DECA), and I can confirm that we do hold information in scope of your request.

  • How many of your staff have been accused of a) sexual misconduct, or b) other professional misconduct in the workplace since 1st January 2021?

Nil

  • How many of your staff have been disciplined for a) sexual misconduct, or b) other professional misconduct in the workplace since 1st January 2021?

Please note that the Information Commissioner will not investigate your case until the MOD internal review process is complete.
