Thank you for your email of 11 May 2026 asking for information under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000. You asked:
“I request the following information relating to external Employee Relations (ER), HR, workplace investigation or disciplinary consultancy services provided to FCDO Services by COLLABORATER LIMITED.
For the period 1 June 2025 and 30 June 2026 to present, please provide:
1) The date on which COLLABORATER LIMITED was first engaged by FCDO Services.
2) The start date and end date of any contract, framework agreement, statement of work, consultancy engagement or retained service arrangement involving COLLABORATER LIMITED.
3) The general scope or description of services commissioned, including whether the engagement related to:
a. employee relations,
b. disciplinary matters,
c. workplace investigations,
d. HR consultancy,
e. dismissal processes,
4) Whether the engagement was:
a. a fixed-term consultancy,
b. ad hoc consultancy support,
c. or an ongoing retained service.
5) The total value of payments made to COLLABORATER LIMITED within the period.
6) The number of consultancy days, hours, or estimated time commitment contracted or invoiced during each month
7) The procurement route used, including whether:
a. the contract was competitively tendered,
b. directly awarded,
c. or procured through an existing framework
8) Procurement justification relating to the initial engagement of COLLABORATER LIMITED, with personal data redacted as necessary.”
I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the specific information you requested is not held by this Department.
