Thank you for your information request received on 24 November 2021 for the following:
Could you please provide details of what members of the Theddlethorpe Working Group are paid, specifically including the representatives of Lincolnshire County Council, East Lyndsey District Council , Theddlethorpe Parish Council and the Independent Facilitator, but excluding the Independent Chair and RWM employees.
I have treated your request under the Freedom of Information Act (the FOI Act). I confirm that RWM holds information related to your request and this is provided below.
The Working Group Members are not paid for their participation. They may claim reasonable and proper expenses in line with the RWM Travel and Expenses Policy. The Independent Facilitator is paid between £425 to £656 per day depending on the number of days worked per month. For example, if the Facilitator works a higher number of days per month, the day rate would be £425.
If you are unhappy with the way in which RWM has dealt with your request, you have the right to require us to review our actions and decisions. If you wish to request a review, please reply to this email or write to me at rwmfeedback@nda.gov.uk within 40 working days of receipt of this response. You will receive a full response to your request for review within 20 working days of its receipt.
