The names of any planned/upcoming HR change and transformation projects/programmes? Who will these affect?
We are currently undertaking a transformation programme and this will affect potentially all personnel and departments at RWM – This transition programme is RWM Futures
Which new HR systems are being implemented in the organisation, if any?
None planned at this stage
Is there is any planned organisational restructure, which departments will be affected?

Is the organisation is going through any major acquisitions/mergers?
No- we are a subsidiary of the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) and as such any merger or acquisitions would be led by our parent company not RWM
