Webinar series
Understanding and using the Flood Guidance Statement
This webinar will guide users through all the features of the FGS and explain how to understand the flood risk matrix. A hydrometeorologist will co-lead the session and be available to answer any questions you may have.

Understanding and using the Flood Outlook
This webinar will guide users through all the features of the Flood Outlook and explain how it can be used in practice. A hydrometeorologist will be available to answer any questions you may have.

Understanding and using the Rapid Flood Guidance (RFG) service
This webinar will guide users through all the features of the RFG service. It will also include a short refresher on the FGS, highlighting the links between the FGS and RFG.

Engagement events
FFC open days
We host regular open days at the Met Office headquarters in Exeter. These include:
- talks from FFC team members, external partners and users of our services
- a tour of the centre
- opportunities to network with FFC users from different organisations

FFC user group
The FFC User Group meets twice a year. It plays a big role in making sure our services continue to meet the evolving needs of our users. It covers topics including:
- FFC news and updates
- training opportunities
- research
- product and service development
The group is open to all users of FFC services.
