1. The variation effective from 00:01hrs Saturday 01 August 2026 is as follows:
1.1 Controls with respect to scallop dredge fishing in specified parts of the sea
- Affecting licence schedules for category A (11), A Islands (12), A Pelagic (17), B (31), C (41) and category A (91)
Controls with respect to scallop dredge fishing in specified parts of the sea
From 00:00 hrs on 2 August 2026 until 23:59 hrs on 1 November 2026, the vessel to which this licence relates must not fish for king scallop by means of mechanical dredges in Scottish inshore waters (0-6 nautical miles).
1.2 Over 10m non-sector quota decrease
- Affecting licence category A (11) and category A Pelagic (17)
