1. The variation effective from 00:01hrs Friday 01 May 2026 is as follows:  

1.1 10m & Under non-sector quota increase

  • Affecting 10m & Under licence category A (91)

Skates and rays 6a-b & 7a-c, e-k 10 (monthly) 15 (monthly)

1.2 Undulate ray closure

  • Affecting Over 10m categories A (11), A (Islands) (12), A (Pelagic) (17), A (IOM) (23() B (31), B (IOM) (23), C (41), C (IOM) (23), and 10m & Under categories A (91) and A (IOM) (23)

Undulate ray (Raja undulata) can be caught in ICES subareas 7 d and e only between the hours of 00:01 on 01 January and 23:59 on 30 April; and 00:01 on 1 September and 23:59 of 31 December. The fishery is closed from 00:00 01 May until 00:00 01 September.
