Desk-based study exploring:

  1. Existing literature on the main factors that influence the contribution of fine particulate matter from road surface wear and resuspended dust to ambient air pollution as well as identifying where knowledge gaps exist.
  2. Potential measurement methodologies, abatement solutions and areas for possible further research.
