This letter and its annexes serve as a written notice to improve financial management, control and governance at Theale Green Academy Trust.

On 1 April 2018, Theale Green School became part of Activate Learning Education Trust. The conditions of the FNtI no longer apply and this FNtI is now closed. The obligation to repay the outstanding recoverable funding the trust received from the Education and Skills Funding Agency now rests with the Activate Learning Education Trust.
