This letter and its annex serve as a written notice to improve financial management, control and governance at The Robert Smyth Academy Trust.
In September 2017, Robert Smyth Academy became part of the Tudor Grange Academy Trust. The conditions of the FNtI no longer apply and this FNtI is now closed. The obligation to repay the recoverable funding the trust received from the Education and Skills Funding Agency now rests with the Tudor Grange Academy Trust.
