This letter and its annex serve as a written notice to improve financial management and control at Penketh Academy Trust.
On 1 May 2017, Penketh High School became part of The Challenge Academy Trust. The conditions of the FNtI no longer apply and this FNtI is now closed.
The obligation to repay the recoverable funding the trust received from the Education and Skills Funding Agency now rests with The Challenge Academy Trust.
