This letter and its annex serve as a written notice to improve financial management, control and governance at KWEST Multi Academy Trust.
On 1 June 2020, the schools in KWEST Multi Academy Trust became part of Unity Education Trust. As KWEST Multi Academy Trust is closed, the conditions of the FNtI no longer apply and this FNtI is now closed.
The obligation to repay the recoverable funding the trust received from the Education and Skills Funding Agency now rests with Unity Education Trust.
