This letter and its annex serve as a written notice to improve the financial position and financial management at Health Futures UTC.
On 1 April 2022, Health Futures UTC became part of Shireland Collegiate Academy Trust. On transferring to a new trust, the conditions of the FNtI no longer apply and this FNtI is now closed.
