A: The Wales Office does not have a specific budget for recruitment.

3. How much money was spent on the recruitment of staff in the 2011/12 financial year ending April 2012?

4. How much money was spent on the formal onboarding of staff in the 2011/12 financial year ending April 2012?

A: The Wales Office does not hold data specifying the total expenditure on staff recruitment.

You may wish to note that the Wales Office is not an employer in its own right. The office’s permanent staff are employees of the Ministry of Justice, with the other civil servants on loan from the Welsh government and other government departments.
