Directions to direct the form and manner in with patent, trade mark and designs renewal applications can be submitted electronically.

Details
These Directions are given under section 124A of the Patents Act 1977 and section 37A of the Registered Designs Act 1949. They are also given under rule 78 of the Trade Marks Rules 2008. Their purpose is to direct the form and manner in which patents, designs and trade marks may be renewed in electronic form using electronic communications.
