This guidance is for EYITT providers and lead schools. It explains the process for providers requesting EYITT places for the 2027 to 2028 academic year.
The Department for Education has told providers who bid for EYITT places how many places they have been allocated.
Undergraduate courses leading to early years teacher status are not subject to allocations.
