External temporary storage facilities codes for Data Element 5/23 of the Customs Declaration Service

Find the codes which can be used in Data Element 5/23 to identify the location where the goods may be examined for an external temporary storage facility (ETSF) (Appendix 16F).

Using the relevant codes from the list, enter the location where the goods are held at the time of making the declaration.

The code for the location to be declared in Data Element 5/23 is shown in column 4.

  25. ETSF codes have been added for North Kent Distribution Ltd in Swanscombe, Linkwin Co Ltd in Hounslow, Leman International Transport in Normanton and Schenker Limited in Hillington. ETSF codes for Geodis Wilson UK Ltd in Wythenshawe and Fedex Trade Networks Transport & Brokerage (UK) Ltd in Feltham have been removed. Address change for NTG Ebex UK Ltd from Unit 91 Empire Ind Park at WS9 8UY to Unit 1 (SSS 17), Liberty Park, Lichfield WS14 9HY.

  26. GBAUAVOBRSCFX code for Concordia International Ltd in Avonmouth has been removed.

  27. Two external temporary storage facilities codes (GBAUFXTFXTGBE and GBAUCBRLHRKTX) are no longer in use. Three duplicate codes (GBAUJSHLHRKMX, GBAUWMHLTNUPX and GBAUMAWSTNSGL1) have also been removed.

  28. ETSF code for Hermes Parcelnet Ltd T/a Evri in Feltham has been added. Address change for DHL Global Forwarding (UK) Ltd from Unit 1 Victoria Road, BS11 9DB to Unit 9 Madison Way, BS35 4ER. ETSF codes removed for Schenker Limited in Manchester, All 4 Logistics ltd in Fareham, Woodland Global Ltd in Doncaster and Crown Fine Arts Limited in London.

  29. Codes for Ceva Freight UK Ltd in Manchester, DPD Group UK Ltd in Hinckley and Oldbury, and F.S. Mackenzie Ltd in Colnbrook have been removed.   32. The address for code GBAUTILLONASE has changed.

  33. The codes for Grampian Continental Ltd at Aberdeen, DSV Road Ltd at Tamworth and Agility Logistics Ltd at both Linwood and Birmingham have been removed.

  34. The page has been updated with address changes for codes GBAUEAEBHXBUE and GBAUEAEBHXLOX. The codes GBAUCBRLHRJMX, GBAUCBRLHRQUX, GBAUHESLHRTQX, GBAUFEMLHRFDX and GBAUHESLHRTNX have been removed.

  42. Cadogan Tate London Ltd has been removed from the list.
