The de minimus impact assessment provides detailed analysis and outlines the estimated costs and benefits to the coach industry of exemptions from the Public Service Vehicles Accessibility Regulations (PSVAR) 2000.

The public sector equality duty equality impact assessment records the analysis undertaken to fulfil the requirements of the public sector equality duty, as set out in section 149 of the Equality Act 2010.
