This document contains the following information: Exchange of notes between the government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the government of the Republic of Ghana concerning certain commercial debts (the United Kingdom/Ghana debt agreement no. 3 (2002)), Accra, 8 and 14 January 2003, and the United Kingdom/Ghana debt agreement no. 3 (2002) amendment: Accra, 30 January and 10 March 2004.

The Agreement entered into force on 14 January 2003, and the amendment on 10 March 2004. The Agreement was subsequently terminated on 26 October 2004.

This Command Paper was laid before Parliament by a Government Minister by Command of Her Majesty. Command Papers are considered by the Government to be of interest to Parliament but are not required to be presented by legislation.
