This good practice example highlights the exceptionally high quality training provided by Edge Hill University’s ITE in FE partnership during a period of significant change in the FE and skills sector.
The passion and commitment of all of the partnership’s stakeholders, together with the highly effective use of the complementary knowledge and skills of mentors and trainers, secures very high quality training and outcomes for all trainees. The partnership develops deeply reflective trainees, who are carefully guided and supported by expert mentors and tutors during their training and through continuing professional development beyond their initial training qualification.
