This final report brings together the findings from our COVID-19 Research and Evaluation (CoRE) Programme. This research looked at the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the children and young people secure estate in 2020, and our response to it.
Research was conducted throughout 2020 by YCS Psychology Services under the independent direction of Professor Neal Hazel of the University of Salford.
