Annexes to the guidance on background analysis and opt-in prospectuses explaining some key elements of the delivery model and the revised framework of European Growth Programme priorities which reflect discussions between government and the European Commission.

The annexes should be read in conjunction with the preliminary guidance to local enterprise partnerships (LEPs) published in April 2013 and the supplementary guidance to LEPs published in July 2013 on how to develop their EU Structural and Investment Funds strategy.
