Details

This publication considers the progress and impact of the European Social Fund (ESF) programme so far on groups with certain characteristics. It also considers the likely impact on these groups of the second half of the programme (2011 to 2013).

The assessment looks mainly at groups with the following ‘protected characteristics’:

  • gender
  • race
  • disability
  • age (50 or over)
