A template for departments to provide their final returns of metadata about their Essential Shared Data Assets. Metadata requirements are drawn from the UK Cross-Government Metadata Exchange Model. Departments are encouraged to provide the full metadata set out within the table but returns will be accepted if only the fields flagged green are provided.
