1. Declaration of subcontracting fees and charges

Action

Update 398 set out the requirement for all providers of adult education and training services to declare to us the actual level of funding paid and retained for each of their subcontractors in the academic year 2016 to 2017.

All providers that ‘provision subcontracted’ last year have been contacted by email. If you have returned your template, thank you.

If you have not yet returned your template you need to submit it to the ESFA fees and charges mailbox by 5pm on Friday 27 April 2018.

2. National Apprenticeship Awards 2018

Action

The National Apprenticeship Awards 2018 are open for entries from now, until 25th May. With a new look and feel for 2018, and a simplified application process, it’s a great opportunity to showcase business and individuals commitment to apprenticeships.

This year’s awards includes new categories open to apprentice employers and apprentices. Please share this information with your employers and apprentices and encourage them to apply.
