Details
The Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) framework document sets out the governance arrangements between ESFA and the Department for Education (DfE).
The delegated authority letter to ESFA sets out ESFA’s updated delegated spending authorities. The delegated authorities give ESFA authorisation to commit resources or incur expenditure without prior approval from DfE in specific areas and within specific limits.
